Our policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item. If 14 days have gone by after your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by Sparkle Homes.
If you do require a return it is your responsibility as the buyer to return your goods to us.
All artwork and bespoke accessories such as pillows, flower boxes, candles etc are strictly non refundable – a credit note is offered on these items, orders cannot be cancelled once received.
Made to order bespoke items:
After the 14 day period from purchase returns or exchanges are not valid for all made to order bespoke items. These items are NON EXCHANGEABLE or REFUNDABLE . Please take this into consideration when ordering and colour choice.
Sale products are NON REFUNDABLE and NON RETURNABLE unless agreed otherwise.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item.
Breakages in Transit
If your item is damaged/smashed in transit on return to ourselves at Sparkle Homes your return will be rejected and returned to sender with the courier company or took back to the depot.
Return costs are 100% down to you as the buyer and not us at Sparkle Homes.
